The Cookie Policy (the "Policy") applies in addition to the general Privacy Policy that applies to products and services (the "Services") of SOTA PLUS LLC and/or its affiliates (the "SOTA+"). The Policy describes the types of cookies, the purposes for which they may be used and the ways in which they may be opted out.
1. What cookies are and why SOTA+ uses them
Cookies are small pieces of data containing proprietary information about your visit to a site that a server sends to your device. 3. How long cookies are stored on your device
SOTA+ uses session cookies to make it easier for you to use the Services.
SOTA+ may also use cookies that are stored for a longer period, for example to remember your preferences on the Services, such as language or location. The retention period depends on the type of cookie. Such cookies will automatically be deleted once they have served their purpose.

4. Managing cookies

5. Who, other than SOTA+, has access to the information contained in cookies
Information that is collected through cookies placed on your device is stored in accordance with applicable law under the terms of Sections 7 and 8 of the Privacy Policy (https://sotaplus.me/legal/privacy/).
SOTA+ partners may also collect information about users through the use of cookies or pixel tags as part of their use of the Services. The use of cookies and other technologies allows SOTA+ and its partners to analyze activity when using the Services by counting the number of visits or by displaying advertisements tailored to the Services.
Information collected through cookies placed on your device may be shared and available to SOTA+ and/or partners under the terms of the Privacy Policy. Use outside of the Services of the information collected may be subject to separate user agreements available on partner websites. SOTA+ and/or partners may also give you the option to opt out of personalization of advertisements, subject to the laws and regulations applicable to such products and offers.
